E. PUBLIC HEARING — OLD SCHOOL STATION BUDGET AMENDMENT
Council will accept comments concerning a proposal to amend the budget to
accommodate the purchase of property at Old School Station.

1. Resolution 5725 — Budget Amendment — Old School Station
This resolution amends the budget to accommodate the purchase of property at
Old School Station.
2. Resolution 5726 — Preliminary Plat Extension — Willow Creek
This resolution approves a two-year extension to the Preliminary Plat of Willow
Creek Subdivision.

Alcohol Special Event Permit — Taste of Kalispell
This motion seeks approval of the Kalispell Downtown Association request for a
permit to serve alcohol as part of its Taste of Kalispell celebration on September
3, 2015.
4. Resolution 5727 — Budget Resolution — Mill Levy
This resolution sets the annual mill levy for the City of Kalispell for fiscal year
2016.
5. Resolution 5728 — Budget Resolution — Annual Appropriations
This resolution sets the annual appropriations for the City of Kalispell for fiscal
year 2016.
6. Resolution 5729 — Budget Resolution — Urban Forestry
This resolution levies the assessment for the cost of urban forestry maintenance
for fiscal year 2016.
7. Resolution 5730 — Budizet Resolution — Solid Waste
This resolution levies the assessment for removing solid waste from city streets
and alleys for fiscal year 2016.
Resolution 5731 — Budget Resolution — Street Maintenance
This resolution levies the assessment for maintaining the streets and avenues for
fiscal year 2016.
9. Resolution 5732 — Budset Resolution — Storm Sewer Maintenance
This resolution levies the assessment for maintaining the storm sewer utility for
fiscal year 2016.
10. Resolution 5733 — Budget Resolution — Light Maintenance District
This resolution levies the assessment for maintaining the street lighting in the city
for fiscal year 2016.
11. Resolution 5734 — Budget Resolution — BID
This resolution approves the annual appropriations and annual tax levy for the
Kalispell Downtown Business Improvement District for fiscal year 2016.
12. Resolution 5735 — Budget Resolution — Tourism BID
This resolution approves the annual appropriations for the Tourism Business
Improvement District for fiscal year 2016.
13. Resolution 5736 — Budget Resolution — Ci , /County Health Department
This resolution approves the levy request for the City/County Health Department
for the 2015/2016 fiscal year.

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in
the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone,
giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and
unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to
three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to
enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the
permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
