Russell introduced the discussion and turned the presentation over to Marshall Noice, Chair of the

Noice described how the assessments were determined and how they work and answered questions.
In response to a question from council, Debbie Snyder explained they have expanded their flower

property values and creating an environment for thriving businesses.
Maggie Doherty, Kalispell Brewing Company, noted they now belong to the expanded BID and they
have seen a huge difference from not belonging to the BID initially.
Debbie Snyder, former owner of 128 Main Street, said she loves a clean and friendly Kalispell and
she wants the next generation to succeed in downtown as well.
