BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I,:ALISPELL: SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 460 of the Ordinances of the City of Kalispell be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at any one place for more than two hours between eight (8:00) A.11. and six (6;00) P. M. upon Main Street from Railroad Street to 4th Street; on lst Avenue East from Railroad Street to 4th Street; on lst, 2nd, and 3rd Streets from the alley between lst and 2nd Avenues East to lst Avenue u'iest. No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at any one place for more than two hours between twelve m'dnight and six (6:00) A.M. upon :Main Street from Railroad Street to 4th Street; upon lst Avenue East from Railroad Street to 4th Street; upon lst Avenue S]est from Railroad Street to 4th Street; upon lst Street from the alley between 1st and 2nd Avenues East to lst Avenue west; upon 2nd and 3rd Streets from 2nd Avenue East to 2nd Avenue 7,1est. On all streeta and avenues of the City of Kalispell no motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at any one place for a longer time than ten hours. Vvhenever the space occupied by a parked motor vehicle is necessary for loading or unloading some commodity, the driver of such vehicle shall move away from such space upon request of a police officer; and if the owner or driver be not present the police officer may cause such vehicle to be removed. ' SECTION 11. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this is hereby declared. to be an emergency ordinance immediately necessary for the peace, health and safety of the City of Kalispell and shall remain and be in full force and effect from and after its approval.
